His CNN appearance reminds everyone about his big mouth
Oddly, progressives/liberals/Democrats are blasting CNN for giving former President Donald Trump a platform to express his gawd-awful views.
Oddly, they think they’re gatekeepers who decide what the American public should hear. Sort of like a parent covering the ears of a small child to shield him from bad stuff.
A prime example is Tom Jones, the senior media writer, for the Poynter Report:
A defiant Trump — playing all of his greatest hits of a rigged 2020 election and revisionist history about practically everything involving his presidency — steamrolled over CNN’s Kaitlan Collins on Wednesday night and basically gave a 1 hour, 9 minute long infomercial in front of a very supportive and boisterous crowd of Republican and undeclared voters in New Hampshire.
Of course, Jones and the rest are wrong. It is the media’s job to expose fools like Trump for what they are. It was a clear reminder to moderates and independent voters that he’s a scary, narcissist who's in it completely for himself. It is precisely independent voters who will determine who are next president will be. Trump did himself no favors.
